Refund policy

14 Day Guaranteed Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with our products. However, if you change your mind for any reason you can return them within 14 days of purchase (please see the Terms and Conditions below)  

Bespoke or made to order products may be excluded from this policy - contact us at info@fluidairfittings.co.uk or 0800 7555 425.

To return an item:

  • Simply contact our email address info@fluidairfittings.co.uk with an internal reference number, despatch note number or invoice number and they will provide you with a returns number and label
  • Include the returns note with the item, attach the label to the package and make it available for collection at the relevant time (if the item is eligible for collection)

Once the goods are received, we will process the return and credit your account in 7 days.

Terms & Conditions

  • Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition, complete with the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
  • Please pack items securely - refunds cannot be issued for goods damaged in transit.
  • Please ensure your retain proof of postage in case of any loss or damage during transit.
  • The goods must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date and include a valid Fluid AIr Fittings Returns Number. Goods returned without this number cannot be processed.
  • Non-catalogue or special-order items must be discussed on an individual basis with Customer Services as these may not be returnable
  • A 20% handling fee (minimum £10 per order) applies to all returns.
  • You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • If your order was shipped outside the United Kingdom, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any customs duties or import fees that may apply. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
